Dear Patients and Friends:

This year our office, in support of the American Heart Association (AHA), wants to help fight and prevent the cause of heart disease.  Our office wishes to celebrate in a way that will make a difference in other peoples lives. For the entire month of February, The Pain Relief Center will be promoting the American Heart Association’s “Go Red For Women” movement by offering New Patient Consultations in exchange for a
$10 Donation to the AHA. This includes a Health Consultation, Physical Exam, Case History Report, Diagnostic X-Rays (if needed), as well as a sEMG Scan... all for only a $10 Donation to the AHA! And that’s not all… we will also be collecting donations for the American Heart Association.  What family members and friends do you have that has never been to our office before?  This would be the perfect time for them to get started or back on track with taking care of their physical health and at the same time help a very good organization. Enclosed you will find a referral card for a New Patient Consultation to give to someone you know that will benefit from this thoughtful offer. In thanks for your involvement, The Pain Relief Center will donate $5 to the AHA for every New Patient you refer to our office for a Consultation. Simply print your name on the card and pass it along to whomever you’d like.
